2. Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy for unopened items, starting from the date of product delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase during this period, we will provide a full refund, minus any shipping charges. To ensure the product’s original packaging remains undamaged during transit, please pack the items securely. Please note that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Exclusions
Orders made using coupon codes cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. For discounted goods, returns will be processed as The Origin International gift coupons/certificates. In the case of products purchased at the MRP (Maximum Retail Price), we will refund the money in the same form as the original payment method. If the payment was made using a Credit Card or Net-Banking, the refund will be credited to the respective account.

4. Return Conditions
For a return request to be accepted, the product should be unused and returned with a copy of the original invoice. The Origin International reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or if the product appears to have been used.
